PadelCred has no ads, no tracking and never sells your data. Accounts are optional. Here's exactly what it stores, where, and who can see it.
PadelCred is made and run by Raza Rebuilt in the UK, who is responsible for your data. Questions or requests: padelcred@gmail.com.
Your scores, results, players, league, achievements, profile, plans and challenges are saved inside the app on your phone only. Nothing is sent to us. Deleting the app or clearing your browser's data removes it.
The camera and microphone are only used while you're filming. Videos and clips stay on your phone, in the app, until you save, share or delete them. They are never uploaded to PadelCred.
Your account is stored on Google Firebase, in London, so it syncs between your devices and survives a new phone. It holds your email address (only used to sign you in, never shown to anyone), your profile (name, username, photo, bio, padel details, socials and archetype), your results, friends, shared groups, Americano nights, knockouts, match plans and rivalry challenges, and the ratings you give and receive.
Your profile is visible to other signed-in PadelCred players: your name, username, photo, bio, padel details, socials, archetype, stats, achievements, Overall, Skill radar, ranking and your last 10 results (score, date, venue and who played). Matches you play with friends are shared with them, and matches tagged with a shared group are shared with its members, along with live scores while you play.
Ratings are private: friends only ever see an average, never who gave which rating. The skills friends pick for you only appear combined, in your Skill radar.
You can edit your profile at any time, hide yourself from the rankings in Your data, export your results to a spreadsheet, and delete your account and everything in it from Account and sync. You also have the right to ask what we hold about you, and to have it corrected or deleted: email us and we'll respond within a month. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Your account data is kept until you delete your account. Reports you send us (bugs or profile reports) are kept until they're dealt with, then deleted.
Google Firebase stores account data and handles sign-in. The app is hosted on GitHub Pages and loads its fonts from Google Fonts. Like any website, these services can see your device's IP address when the app loads. None of them receive your scores, videos or profile for their own use.
Only to provide the features you choose to use: keeping your results, syncing your account, and showing your profile and matches to the players you play with.
You need to be 13 or over to create an account.
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll say so in the app.

The short version: be fair, be respectful, and enjoy your padel. Here are the rules for using PadelCred.
PadelCred is free to use. You need to be 13 or over to create an account. By creating one, you agree to these terms and the privacy policy.
Keep your sign-in details to yourself. One account per person, using a name that's genuinely yours. You're responsible for what happens on your account.
Your profile, photo, names, results and ratings must be honest and respectful. Don't upload anything offensive, pretend to be someone else, rate people unfairly or add results that didn't happen. You own what you add, and you give PadelCred permission to store it and show it in the app as described in the privacy policy.
If you film a match, make sure the other players are happy to be filmed, especially before sharing a clip.
You can report a profile that breaks these rules. We may remove content, or suspend or delete accounts that break them.
Overall ratings, predictions, rankings and badges are worked out from results and friends' ratings. They're for fun and motivation, not an official grading.
We work hard to keep PadelCred reliable, but it's provided as it is, and features may change. As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for lost data or any loss from using the app. Look after yourself on court: PadelCred doesn't give medical or fitness advice.
PadelCred, its name, logo, design, code and content belong to Raza Rebuilt. Please don't copy, reproduce or redistribute any part of it without written permission.
You can delete your account at any time from Account and sync.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.

Pick the pairs for the next set. Each set is saved with the people who played it, so head to heads stay fair.
Pairs can change the serving order at the start of each set.
Change to:
Every past match updates, along with the league, rivals and achievements. Pick an existing player to merge two records into one.
Your rating starts from your Playtomic level, or from 0.5 without one. Your rating goes up when you win and down when you lose. How far it moves depends on who you played.
Your pair's strength is the average of your two ratings. Before each match the app works out how likely each pair was to win. Beat a stronger pair and you gain a lot. Beat a weaker pair and you gain a little. Losing works the same way in reverse.
Two pairs both on 1,000: the winners gain 16 and the losers drop 16.
You're on 1,000 and beat a pair on 1,200: you gain about 24. Lose to them and you only drop about 8, because you weren't expected to win.
The most anyone can gain or lose from one match is 32.
Both players in a pair move by the same amount, and the other pair moves the opposite way, so points are swapped, never created. A single rotation set counts for half a match. Changing partners doesn't matter, because everyone has their own rating.
Open the PadelCred app on your Galaxy Watch. Tap the top half for the opponents and the bottom half for your team, and press and hold to undo.
Keep PadelCred open on your phone while you play. Every tap on the watch shows up here straight away, animations and all.
Scoring from your watch's music controls works in Chrome on Android. Open PadelCred in Chrome, or from its home screen icon, and try again.
On a Galaxy Watch with the PadelCred watch app installed, use that instead. It doesn't need this button.
Missed a few points? Set the score as it really is and carry on from there.
Point-by-point stats for this match will be approximate afterwards.
Points go 15, 30, 40, game. At 40–40 your group decides: advantage (win two points in a row), golden point (next point wins) or star point (two advantages, then a deciding point). Six games wins a set, but you need to be two clear. At 6–6 there's a tiebreak to 7, again two clear.
Bounce the ball behind the service line, then hit it at or below waist height with at least one foot on the ground. Serve diagonally into the opposite service box. It must bounce in the box before it touches any wall. You get two attempts.
If the serve clips the net and lands in the box, replay it. If it then hits the metal fence, it's a fault.
Teams swap serve every game, and partners take turns, so all four players serve in rotation. At the start of each set, a pair can change which of them serves first.
The ball must bounce on the ground on the other side before touching any wall or fence. After that bounce, it can hit the walls and you can still play it before it bounces a second time.
You can hit the ball against your own back or side glass to get it over the net. If your shot hits their wall or fence before bouncing, it's your point lost.
The ball bounces twice on your side, you hit it into your own fence so it can't come back, you touch the net, or the ball hits you or your partner.
Swap sides after the first game and then every two games (after games 1, 3, 5 and so on). In a tiebreak, swap every six points. PadelCred tells you when.
These are the basics most clubs play by. Local rules can vary, so agree them before you start.

Your Overall is a PadelCred measure based on recorded results, not an official ranking.
Your Overall is the big number on your profile card, from 40 to 99. It's mostly your results, plus how the friends you play rate you once at least 3 of them have.
Your Playtomic level sets your starting Overall. No level? You start where Playtomic's 0.5 does.
Your starting level locks when you play your first match, so it can't be changed to jump the rankings.
After every match, points move from the losing pair to the winning pair. Each pair's strength is the average of its two players. The more surprising the result, the more points move:
| Beat an evenly matched pair | up a fair bit |
| Beat a much stronger pair | up a lot |
| Beat a much weaker pair | up a little |
| Lose to a much weaker pair | down a lot |
So the higher you climb, the more you're expected to win. Each result only nudges you, so one bad night won't wreck it.
Longer matches say more about who's better, so they count for more.
| Best of 3 or best of 5 | Counts fully |
| One 6-game set | Three-quarters |
| First to 5 games, Americano and Mexicano rounds, sets with swapped partners | Half |
| Until time's up | By games played: 16 games counts fully |
Everyone who played rates everyone else, once per match or session, never themselves. Your results count for you once you've rated, and confirming a result means rating everyone in it. After 7 days it counts anyway and rating closes. Ratings go from half a star to 5 stars. Tap a star once for half, twice for a full star. Ratings of 1 or below, or 5, ask you to double check they're fair. Ratings only count once at least 3 different people have rated you. The highest and lowest are dropped, and nobody ever sees who gave what, only an average.
Form shows how you're playing right now, based on your last 10 matches, with the most recent counting most. Beating a stronger pair, or winning lots of games even in a loss, lifts it.
| On fire | Playing well above your level |
| Steady | Playing around your level |
| Cold | A rough patch |
Your Overall is your long-term level. Form is your current run. A Rookie can be on fire, and a Legend can go cold.
Before each match, PadelCred shows each pair's chance of winning, worked out from everyone's current level. It's the same maths that moves ratings afterwards, so beating the prediction is what earns you the most. If one pair is a big favourite, Balance teams swaps partners to make the match as even as possible.
The League shows your group's average Overall and a Duos table ranking every pairing. In the rankings, Near my level lists players within 6 of your Overall, so you can find good games beyond your group.
Everyone signed in is ranked by Overall after their first match. Ties share a place. You can hide yourself from the rankings in Your data.
